I could dance all night to the rhthym of your heart
Beautiful dreams gradually awakened me to you
Your presence lit me up right from the start
Though I thought you would never come
Broken hearts stringing together
But waiting never made me totally undone
I know God would send you to me
His timing is always perfect
Now things are right and I can see
I will continue to move to the beat of your love
Grateful for your eternal commitment
A true blessing from above

I suppose so. I don't always have a plan when writing poetry; it just flows out of me. Although, if I see I'm starting a certain pattern, then I'll try to continue with it throughout its entirety.
Interesting, anyway. I was looking at this again. Many poets seem to go for the 4 line poem.
